Problem in the ordering.

#1 Post by Neko-Maya »

I clicked the link in the main page to the site where the book is being sold.
and got a problem with it.

first of all: my mom created a paypal account and put the amount of money there
next: we filled all the info asked in the site where the book is being sold

but then. theres this question "billing address" we filled our info there
and then clicked continue and comfirm.

there comes a message "this invoice has already been paid"

we bet its because theres the billing adress and paypal there (like both, which is not needed?), so we tried to put the original "billing adress" which was there
(something which started with "bastian")
and the same messages.

so what do we do now?

Neko, what account have you got on the indyplanet site?

I never remembered loggin into the site, but apparently I am logged in, I think I can see your order and address even O o! ...

If I just go to indyplanet, I am not logged in. If however I go using the link on 2kinds.com, I am logged into someone's account automatically... Something is really wrong here!

And the same may be happening to you, which could explain what the msgs are you are getting...

I suggest going to www.indyplanet.com and making an account yourself, and ordering it using that.

Yes, if you go by the standard link www.indyplanet.com you get to see this in the left hand menu:

And if you want to checkout you are asked to log in. However using the link on www.2kinds.com, you are logged into some account, apparently from someone in Germany.

Bastian would be his first name.

Either case, if someone could notify Tom asap, change the link on http://www.2kinds.com to
"http://www.indyplanet.com/catalog/produ ... ts_id=1640" instead.

EDIT: It would seem the account from on the front page link has been logged out. Though I still believe it's a bad idea to use it. The "osCsid" variable in the link seems to point to a session, which I'd rather not mess around with.

EDIT2: The link on the front page has been fixed. I believe this can be closed now ^^.

Wow, it's a big breach in site security... especially for e-commerce site
