I'm just curious if his name will be known, as we haven't known it for 18 years. Maybe in the end?

I always got the sense that it was a running gag, and we've just been running with it the whole time. I'd wager it's a coin-flip decision as to whether or not we'll ever know it... Though, I could definitely see that getting its own side story, to explore some of his history.

We have been told his name is " Like that flower"

I suppose Tom will start dumping subtle clues in the following years.

We now know that its name is like the name of a flower that begins with the R, but it's unclear whether it is an R.
