Welp, I guess she found an acceptable form of liquid courage. I bet Sythe's tail makes one heck of a snuggle buddy, though...
HA!
Rose, your tail is being unprofessional!
Those two remind her of better simpler times. Of Good guy Trace and Saria. Happy memories.

Anyhow today we got his Cousin ref sheet Lots of lore here. Specially confirmation he was blackmailed into helping Trace, his name pronunciation and a reason why TRace decided to work with Kiedran. ( he does not know)

Today, we get a Trace and Laura Romance.

On a related note, is it weird that I have hopes of helping to create Twokinds: The Series in a live-action format once the comic itself is over? And follow-up question: Is it possibly fate that this Trace and I both wear glasses IRL?
Maeve is so cute, they're thinking of renaming the Pokémon Ability known as Cute Charm, so it becomes "Maeve Charm."

Never Stop dreaming Mr Heart

Honestly i am not too fond of this AU i am too used to the canon pairings that these alternative ones bug me in a weird way.

That mage is not casting fireballs, she is casting iceballs.
If it moves but shouldn't: Duct tape. If it doesn't move but should: WD-40. With a hammer everything fits, and if it still doesn't fit: bigger hammer. If it can't be fixed with a hammer it's an electrical problem.

As someone put it:
Mary was not hiding Raine in the middle of nowhere to protect herself and her reputation. Not even to protect Raine and her powers from an horrible world. No she was protecting the world from Raine...

First of all, that was a terrible yeti pun. Second of all, I like the Star Trek reference joke... thing you did there.

Bearskin Raine. Forbidden love 2: Even more forbiddener!

I wonder if that's anyone in particular on the cover. Looks like a lizard and a human...

Anyway, I like this one. It shows how Raine, through all of her years, never really had a proper childhood, and didn't really socially mature in the way others did. But also, reading a book on the floor in front of a fire is just the most relaxing thing to do, especially with tail wags and paw kicks. :) We used to use a pellet stove, and even that was pretty sweet.

Not entirely sure how reading that kind of stuff has anything to do with her improper upbringing and social awkwardness. To be fair she should be a non verbal shut in. Regardless i have never found reading like that to be particularly comfortable. Your back kinda complains after a while and your neck is really strained. And not that is not me being old, even as a teenager i was never really able to read like that for any period of time.

You misunderstand. I didn't mean the material, I meant the reading position, her expression, and her body language. She's a slightly more tame personification of a literal "SQUEE of excitement!".

And yeah, it does kinda hurt after a while, but it's still fun.

Oh i see.
You mean she still is pretty much naive and innocent. Just like a child and that shows in her posture

Wait... Are we adults not supposed to behave like that anymore?
