I posted something I regret how do I delete it?

You cannot delete your posts. A moderator or administrator can delete your posts for you if there is a good reason for it. However, the post you're referring to has started a discussion and therefore we will not delete it.

You seem to maybe be young so let me give you an unsolicited word of advice: whatever you put on the internet is there forever, even if you think you've deleted it. Use it wisely.
