Forum Scraping Activity

Hey everyone,

I got an alert this morning that CPU usage on the forum server was high. After investigating, I saw that someone was attempting to scrape the XML feeds from the forum without any sort of delay, causing the database to be overloaded.

I have blocked the offending IP addresses from accessing all Twokinds sites hosted in this server.

At this time I haven't confirmed whether the source of the traffic was a user of the forum. However,I would like to ask that you please not use automated tools to pull content from the Twokinds forums, especially if you do not do so in a manner that respects server resources.
