For my birthday, I finally made up my mind and preordered the 5th volume and the Artbook. Let's just pray Nora for everything to go fine !

The best way to reach them to my knowledge is to email keenspot [at] keenspot.com. If they still don't respond, try from a different email address - maybe you're getting caught in their spam filter.
