also called Youjo Senki (war-dioary of a little girl)
This is one that stays with you.
Spoilers ahead... no! I changed my mind. Not yet, I would prefer if you watch the first two eps first.
Why the first two?
Because the first is 20+ minutes of setting a scene in an alternate world, where it is 1924 and it is an Alt. WW1... where Mages rule the skies and participate in Trench warfare. Tanya is a .... well, Lolli is not the right word. THis is a ten-year-old that is so powerful that she dominates the battlefield and is totally ruthless about it.
Episode two is the brilliant part, totally sets this series apart from what you thought it would be, and indeed from anything else I have ever seen.... as if the production value wasn't enough to do that all by itself.
The YouTub copies are not very special, but I can link them w/o causing any trouble -

Re: The Saga of Tanya the Evil
I love the premise of the series. Really need to get around to watching more of it.
From the Sergals and Sergal Lovers channel of F-List's chat system (Beyond NSFW, by the way): Honey, you ain't the only abnormal sergal in here. We got three pink northerns, a fairy, and a dork with a talking sword.

Sorry it has been so long, I forgot to check back.
There was only the one season, but the good news is there is a movie coming out in a few months.
And, if you need a quick fix, here is my FanFic-

You can access the stuff by other people by clicking on the topic. I have no idea what is wrong with the link to that, but its is HUGE and looks wonky.
