Re: Dark's Art Realm I DREW SOMETHING 12 Sep, 2014

I want to be honest. I like your painting, really.

And because you want a constructive critique, I´ll say the only thing that doesn´t fit is the way how the head joints the neck. Not only the head is a bit small for the neck you draw, but also because they look ``separated´´. Like: one ends, the other begins. There has to be a progressive change between them.

Hope it helps, sorry if this critique looks harsh. I really think you are good, you should continue practising.

Just a little update, I started working on another drawing. This time I will not color over it, so the only thing you'll be seeing is the drawing itself.
I will be going into territory that I had the hardest time on before, which is why I am doing this, to grow as an artist.
I expect it to be up between now and next week. If not, I got lazy and decided to do something else instead of drawing.

EDIT: It's done, just need to find time to upload it

Here it is, an anthro version of my scailsona (since my scailsona is a full dragon, not anthro)
Again, please tell me what I need to do better.
Things I already know I need to work on:
Hands & feet
Hair
To me he seems a little bit scrawny, but then again, so am I in real life.

That's pretty good as it is.

If you want some constructive criticism, though, I'd say separate the wings. As it is, they look attatched to each other, and off to one side.

Here's a little something I'm working n. It's a WIP, and plan on adding many things.

The bottom row of teeth definitely need some re-doing.
Shading will be added later, since I plan on having something that would affect it.

I just had this idea from a pun I also thought of, and figured it would be easy to do in photoshop.

Poorly done, and not to be taken seriously, as it's a joke

I give you...

I mentioned I was making a song in the smile thread. Well, here it is. It's the first song I made that I made every single part of, not using others' loops or anything. That being said, it's a little minimalistic, but for some reason, many like minimalist music. It's simple, short, and calming.

I present to you, DarkTheImmortal - Beyond the Horizon

So, after noticing I have many unfinished projects and not remembering where I was going with them, and having not post anything here for a while, I decided to make a small piece that will be a quick start-finish thing.

Unfortunately Photobucket isn't working (Because I don't feel like uploading it to Deviantart), so I can't upload it just yet. I will try to get it up as soon as possible.

Apparently Photobucket did upload the image, it just didn't say it finished, so I have many copies of it that Photobucket won't delete because it hates me. But here it is
