Of the four elements, air, earth, water, and fire, man stole only one from the gods.
Fire.

The cook would cook as many cookies as his crooked mind could imagine cracking,
at the rythm of a cricket eating the crispy crumbs of the cracked floor.

More than enough to satisfy Judah's cookie cravings... which is a lot, with Judah being a dragon.
Re: Hypothetical Answers
How many cookies could a good cook cook If a good cook could cook cookies?
Let's assume our cook can cook 12 cookies / 30 minutes. That would be 24 cookies / hour.
Assuming the cook is normal, he'll sleep about 8 hours a day. That leaves 16 hours for cookies each day (or 384 cookies). However, this cook needs to eat. Subtracting two hours for all meals and preparation (simple meals), our cook has 14 hours for cookie baking. Our cook makes 336 cookies a day. Like any good cook, he tries some cookies. Let's say he eats 5 cookies a day. We have 331 cookies left.
Our cook makes cookies on every day but federal holidays. 354 days of cookie making. Or, 118944 cookies a year. Assuming our good cook is 30 planning for a retirement at 60, he will cook 3568320 cookies in his baking career.
Now, let's assume he sells each cookie for price `n`. `n` = Cost to make cookie + living expense (like 10 cents per cookie) + 25 cents profit. In those 30 years, he will make a profit of $890,020. He then donates $300,000 to science, and leaves the rest for his kids.
Other stats:
* The cook eats 1770 cookies in his baking career, losing $442.50 in profits.
* This cook has someone to do shopping, etc. All he does is make cookies, eat, and sleep.
* If the cook takes a 30-day vacation (or 30 additional off days from cookie making) each year, he will only make 3558390 cookies for a profit of $889,597.50.

Re: Hypothetical Answers
5 days after I said I would give the winner, the winner is Kaz with his over analytic approach.
I also would have accepted something along the lines of: "A good cook would cook as many cookies as a good cook could cook."

*Thick pirate accent* Offer the survivors a place 'n me crew, or else it's down to the locker with 'em scurvy dogs
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Re: Hypothetical Answers
I’d build a giant magnet and start putting little magnets in cookies, send the cookies to random addresses in Britain and Japan, and then one day, randomly power on the giant magnet.
