Has Assassins Creed been mentioned yet?
I love that game. In my opinion, there is no other game to match the awesomeness of TWIN HIDDEN BLADES.
I also quite like Overlord. But for some reason, no one else knows it Eet makes noe zenze.
How can you not know of a game, that is not the standard "Are you good or evil?" but instead "Are you evil... or REALLY evil?" And the dialogue is ridiculously funny

Re: Favorite Games/Genre
Favorite Genre? RPG (Nothing else matters. If you say FPS, then you're too young to know what a good game is.)
Favorite Game? Final Fantasy VII, hands down. Epic story, character development, and most of all, it was long, and had a lot of things to tide you over (minigames, raising chocobos, fun combat).
If I were to pick a second favorite RPG though, it would have to be Tales of Symphonia, because I had honestly not seen a story as well constructed since... Well... Final Fantasy VII. And while it was probably the most kiddish of the Tales series, it really stood out to me, even moreso than Tales of Vesperia.
My third Choice would be Legend of Dragoon. For those who are RPG fans, but don't know this game, YOU ARE NOT A TRUE RPG FANBOY!!! This game had a unique combat system, was long (A 4-disc game on the Playstation) and had great character development and story aspects.
Fourth is Fallout New Vegas. I have never been so attached to a character in a Bethesda RPG game than I was with the Courier.
Fifth is Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
Sixth is Tales of Vesperia
Seventh is Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
8. Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
9. Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
10. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
11. Mass Effect
12. TES IV: Oblivion
13. Fallout 3
14. Enchanted Arms
15. Dragon Age: Origins

Been around this forum for over 8 years now. Everyone I've known has left, now it's my time to do the same.
Re: Favorite Games/Genre
Original Dungeons and Dragons (3-box set, paper and pencil), as it was played in the 1970's and 1980's. What usually passes for "role-playing" these days just isn't the same.
Darkstone. Classic; there will never be another computer game like it.
Neverwinter Nights (first version). The best of its kind. It was an outgrowth of Baldur's Gate, another classic. A single player game out-of-the-box, NWN is still played as a multiplayer game on hundreds of servers.

Action or adventure genres!
Because not all overly religious zealots are forum trolls.

Minecraft? Guns? Why on earth would you give minecraft a gun mod anyway, it's not like the zombies and other mobs are that damn frequent, and if they are you obviously haven't setup your house properly XDMUDPUNISHER wrote:any game i can pick up a gun and destroy eveything within the vicinity

Re: Favorite Games/Genre
Hmm... what are my favorites...?
Well, I enjoy action-RPGs in particular, and stealth games as well. (But not when you're entirely dependant on it.)
I suppose the kind of game I enjoy most is... The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. (No Skyrim cuz I don't have it. )
There's assassin's creed and kingdom hearts, as well...
(There's more, I just can't be bothered to name them.)

Re: Favorite Games/Genre
I really enjoy playing RPG's (JRPG's mostly) and any other Fantasy action games.
The games I enjoy are:
The Legend of Zelda: The Adventure of Link, Twilight Princess, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask and others.
Kingdom Hearts (I have played all of them except 358/2 days)
Persona 3 and 4
Pokemon
Mario games (Too many to count )
The World Ends With You
Kid Icarus (Uprising and the original)
Final Fantasy. (It's ok)
Dragon Quest (Even though I have only played a few)
Zenonia (Yes the Ipod games I have all 4, they are pretty good)
Okami
Also the childhood games like Spyro, Crash Bandicoot and Sly Raccoon. I don't mind playing them again it's quite nostalgic. No matter what age I am they are still fun.
And yeah. A bunch of others, I guess you can tell I like Nintendo and Square Enix games huh?
However that doesn't mean that I don't like others, I don't mind the occasional shooting and puzzle gaming genre they just aren't my cup of tea.

Re: Favorite Games/Genre
my mmo games!
Dungeons and Dragons online (ive played the original D&D boardgame for several years before I played this)! I have 4 characters on the US server Khyber if you want to hook up so we can bang through some quests!
I haven't had a lot of time to play lately, because of school, but I can make meh own time! My Characters:
Bubbasmak: Human Lvl 16 Sorcerer Air Savant badass damage dealer (my first and favorite character, I made his name missing the "c" though )
Bubbasmack: Drow Lvl 4 Bard (I really like arcane or magic users, so I figured id try a bard, and I like him so far)
Shatermantle: Drow Lvl 6 or 7 Sorcerer Air Savant (I really made my sorcerer badass the first time, and I figured I could make an even better one with a drow, but I think I messed him up, I don't like him )
Roachstomper: Dwarf Lvl 8 ranger tempest specialist (extremely super badass melee damage dealer tempest build ranger dual wielding dwarven axes for large damage bonus from dwarven race and enhancements, added with the dual wielding capabilities of the tempest path enhancements. The best dual weild melee character I have ever seen in DDO)
Minecaft!
I have two minecraft servers that I frequent: (my name is Bubba in both of them)
5.9.70.151: this is a really great server with a friendly community. I play this one most.
mc.eternalcracked.com: this one seems more professional, but the creators don't seem like they were very imaginative when they made it. Somewhat decent. I use it as my backup server.
PM me you want to play ddo or minecraft with me

Updated, cause &@#$ runescape. I played skyrim, unfortunatly it didn't strike as well with me as previous elderscroll titles and as such, failed to make it to this list.Gotheran wrote:Adding ChronoTrigger and Morrowind to this list.Gotheran wrote:I like RolePlayingGames, (real time)strategy, FistPersonShooters, Classics, hack'n'slash, action/adventure, and puzzle.
