What if there was a convent or abbey or temple where humans and Keidran could focus on learning to live in peace with each other? That would certainly make for an interesting concept.

Isn't the orchard valley supposed to be something like that?

Minus the whole monastic idea of course.

I don't know. I thought it was supposed to be a place where the races could simply live in peace rather than promote tolerance.

After all war is not fun. While it can make for a great story its not a pretty sight. And it causes mass death.
