He's just a spammer, he's gonna post a bunch of these topics and try to have an effect on something, but ultimately fail.
By the time the mods get on, he'll have covered every board with this. Just pretend he's not there, and he'll get pissed. Probably has a separate account to monitor after he gets banned.
