If you mean this announcement, j004y, I believe the original one was lost with the last forum issue. And thus Tom remade it, but the original replies were also lost.
Re: Archive Forum Here
the archive caused a 16 hours reset what leads to deletion of his original thread? ironic.

I'm starting to appreciate the proboards system for my forum more and more because of this.

Re: Archive Forum Here
Don't worry about it. There were some strange issues, but they're fixed now and nothing to worry about (which is why this thread is so strange). The point is, Tom created an archive forum with most of the old posts that were removed in the pruning, for reference purposes. Posting in the archive is disabled, but it's there for us to look things up in.GodsNightmare21 wrote:I have no idea what this is... Did something happen the past few days I was gone?

Re: Archive Forum Here
Blarg. I've been working the past couple months to fix up my old stories submitted forever ago in preperation for some new posts. Now 90% of my countable posts are gone, a 1 week noob has a higher post count than my own.

Re: Archive Forum Here
If you know of any way to put the forums back together, by all means, let me know of it. I really hate the fact that the forums are split in two now.
Re: Archive Forum Here
no offense, but wasn't this whole archive story initiated as a means to prevent further forum bugs? also, as far as i can see is the history... well, archived rather than destroyed. i don't see the big deal, sorry.Tom wrote:I really hate the fact that the forums are split in two now.
