RWBY Volume 3 is due to start tomorrow for those still interested.

This is true, although HeckobA suggested to me that he might just be mute from now on, not that he talks much already.
I can't remember when this was announced, but I believe that Ren is being voiced by Monty's brother. I'm sure he'll do a fine job.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I'm guessing that, like in the Chunin exams in Naruto, the baddies are gonna make their move during the Vital Festival Tournament. I'm looking forward to a hell of a brawl!

Spoiler!
Damn, that's a nasty trick they pulled at the end.
Has anyone else been keeping up with the series this year ?

I have. I think the new soundtrack they got for this season isn't as good.

Yeah, I can agree with that so far.

Aside from that, how would you say it's doing in other areas ?

Animation is better, definitely darker than previous seasons. Though a lot of characters are really out of focus right now.

Yeah, not too big on this season's soundtrack so far, though might like it more when I hear it by itself. Definitely not as big a fan of the opening song. Though the jazzy remix of I Burn from episode 5 was pretty great. Blame it on my weakness for jazzy things, I guess.

Semi related, now that I think of jazz, I got a real craving for some kind of jazz style metal jam session...

[edit]Also, just saw the latest episode "Fall" because I forgot what week it was. Oh my...that was bad. Also, am I the only one that thought the first part of the episode might as well have said "It's the Pyrrha Nykos Show!"? lol. MAN I hope some of the dangling plot threads from seasons one and two get addressed in this season.

Oh maaaaaaaaaaaaaan, I'm so excited for next week's episode! And I'll definitely be watching this volume again in full when Netflix gets it.

Loved last week's episode, made me have a newfound respect for professor Ospin.

I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Not really getting blown away like anyone else.

Just saw Velvet's power, she finally gets to do something and let me just say this, the build up to her power is WORTH it.

It totally was...and then a very bad thing happened to a very bad person, and their lines right before it made it deliciously ironic. And then MORE very bad things happened and they were holy freaking spit moments...GAH can't wait till next week.

I figured her camera had something to do with it.

The "What's next on Episode 12" came out. Apparently Ruby has a plan. (She always does.) In other news, Yang still looks a bit stumped. :P
