Speaking of the latest episode, how cool were those giants ?
Spoiler!
The moment I saw that one of the giants has a bow I was like "duuuuuuuude, the size of that arrow could match up to a spear! Can't wait to see that one in action! ". And it actually happened, and I really liked it!
Spoiler!
No joke, I had the exact same reaction, as soon as I saw that bow, I thought "Damn, imagine the power on that thing" followed closely by "Dude, that's insane ! Imagine if that hit somebody". Three seconds later "Duuuuuuuuuuuude !!"
Haven't seen the latest episode because of exam in the morning and girlfriend in the house the entire day So I just wait until she goes for her exam tomorrow, I'll watch it then
And yeah, another year needs to come again for next season... at least I can finally finish Book 5
EDIT:
I just watched the season finale, and I have very mixed feelings about it...

I hear they've done a few things differently from the books in the season final, was this for the better or worse ?
Spoiler!
The fight between Tarth and the hound never happens in the book though I found it pretty cool. No stoneheart either though I dont remember if she appeared during this part in the books. No guy ridding an elk, I really wanted to see that guy... Also Tyrion and Jaimes left each other on a rather sour note in the books if I remember correctly, Tyrrion saying that he poisoned Joffrey to Jaimes.

Not only that, they completely left out Tysha, which was the reason why Tyrion left Jamie on a bad note. That whole TyrionxShae business was kind of weird at the end, very much so when he knew she was a whore and yet he gets offended when Tywin calls a whore "a whore". Hopefully, though, This means the whole "Where do whores go" with Tyrion wont be in the show.
On an unrelated note, I'm hoping for the next season that Genna Lannister talks about Tywin's father, seeing how Kevan has yet to talk about it, and how Tyrion is more similiar to his father than Jamie or Cersei. On another unrelated note, I was wondering why they left out the joke at the end. I found it kind of hilarious that Tyrion refutes the claim that Tywin defecates gold, yet in the show he just kind of sulks and hides away.

^All this.
Spoiler!
And the way they killed Jojen from the show, that was kind of a dick move, not to mention that he was still alive when they encountered the 3-eyed raven... 3-eyed raven, pfff! More like Emrys a.k.a. old Merlin...
Also I wished if Arya reached Bravoos, but looks like we have to wait another year for that...
My greatest problem with the season (or the show all in all), is that even though they had put more action and events in the season, the producers still fill up the episodes with useless, long fillers and shorten the important parts...

It really sounds like they're planning on ramping up the magic next season
Spoiler!
We've got a creepy wizard guy, those fairy children, at least two cases of necromancy, maybe something to do with the faceless men, dragon stuff, and apparently Tyrion is about to be turned into stone. Did I miss anything ?
I was a bit disppointed with the three eyed raven though maybe thats just me. I always imagined him as a old corpse intertwined with a tree, not some normal old dude/typical wizard. Also, Jojen isn't even dead in the books yet.
Spoiler!
One thing that I am inticipating is the temple of the many faced god (If I named it right). Sounded like a spooky place in the books.

I can hear you, mate. I mean this is what I expected to be the 3 eyed raven, not this!!! I mean Emrys/Merlin is awesomesauce in general, but he belongs to his own show
Spoiler!
And yes, I hope they won't screw up the Temple of the Many-Faced God!!! Can't WAIT to see that!
