So, today I played a match against my dad with my cms. He plays Space Marines and the match...was a slaughter fest...for him. My Khorne lord only rolled a one once on his attack rolls and got the inv save. Better yet, while my Lord with the squard of berzerkers with him were shredding through him, my predator was completely killing his other squads. What made his even more funny was...I was using the dice that every time he used them he lost. He ended up killing most my marines. The game ended with me only have my predator, 4 marines, 1 zerker, and my lord left. I have to say...I was really lucky. His melta's always missed and when they would hit he'd somehow roll a 1.

What made it entertaining was he knew how deadly the khorne lord with daemon weapon was. The best moment was when I rolled two 6's when charging which gave me 17 attacks against him. That was when he knew...this match wasn't going to end well for him.

Blood for the blood god =D

Witch Hunters is a very solid army. Daemonhunters really need a new a codex but the Witch Hunters are pretty good.

I gots my first 2 squads yesterday.

Got them partially glued, don't plan on putting on their packs till I paint them.

I'm so happy =D!
Edit: A question to any Witch Hunter players here, for a massive army, how does this sound. All the extras and differences like Sister Superiors are included in the number.

68 Sisters of battle, broken into how many squads I'm unsure.

2 Squads of 6 of Retributors, Celestians, or Dominion (I haven't decided) supported each by 1 Immolator. These squads are for anti tank.

3 Penitent Engines

2 Exorcists

2 Rhinos

2 Land Raiders

20 Seriphims

A Cannoness

A full Inquisitor Lord Squad.

2 Priests

10 Sisters Repentia

12 Arco-Flagellants

1 Callidus Assassin

6 Death Cults

Full Inquisitor Squad

Saint Celestine

Inquisitor Lord Karamazou

And yeah..... I'm also allying this with Daemonhunters.

Inquisitor Lord

Grandmaster

5 Terminators

10 Greyknights

And that's it and holy hell that's gonna cost a lot. A well, Summer job plus friends with people at my game store...
Still gonna cost a lot and is gonna take a serious Apocalypse Game to deploy.

Well I'm set for things to do for the next couple of years....

Any advice or suggestions.

I could actually ask my dads friend who plays Sisters of Battle, or prob even my dad. I wish I could be of more help but i'm a Chaos player xD

We get the most catchy sayings: Let The Galaxy Burn, Death To The False Emperor, Blood for the blood God! Skulls for the skull throne!, Sanity Is For The Weak.

And many more hehe

I have the daemonhunter codex next to me and that part looks good, I still think that daemonhuntesr REALLY need a new codex..most of there stuff doesn't even work against people anymore. A lot of that stuff is for instability against daemons..and daemons don't suffer against that anymore.

I wish you luck on the army though, i'll try and get some info on Sisters of Battle so I can give you some advice.

Used to play 40K, haven't for a good 3-4 years now.

Had a hell of a lot to.. Tau (Hell yeah! 60+ wins 2 losses :p), necrons, space marines, chaos, imperial guard (they were fun to play as), eldar, tyranids (can you say gaunt swarm?), also demonhunters (mostly used as allies for my imperials, heh, who can say no to heavily armoured death dealers?).

Still have my imperial guard and some tau, also some scraps from a couple of the other listed armies.. all nicely boxed away till i can decide what to do with em! ah the good ol'days! :')

I have recently taken up my Tyranid army again...and I have to say, it's a lot more fun then my chaos ever was.

All shall tremble against the flyrant and awesome carnifexs =D

I swear a Hive Tyrant with 2 sets of scythign talons, wings, Adrenal Gland (WS) and Warp Field is just amazing. Get him in close combat and your enemy is pretty much dead.

My melee carnifex is a vehicle, HQ, and terminator killer (fear the S10 attacks)

Then you have the ranged Carnifex which is just a troop killer hehe.

Monsters creatures...you gotta love the extra dice on terrain movments and no armor saves against them =)
