I'll be making a Troll Druid and a Goblin Hunter as soon as Cataclysm comes out :D
I'll be sure to fill you guys/girls in when I decide exactly what realm I plan to play on :P

these changes are just to make you buy cataclysm ... srsly being owned by a hunter's pet if you stay 80 lvl that's a warning
as I've read they'll be tweaking the dps once it's all about 85lvl so I can slack on raids all the time and blame it on this patch hell yeah

... and once they embrace this feeling Tom pulls Laura card again

i miss the old dk talents (i was a fan of blood dps and frost tanking ... didnt really go the way i wanted it to go).

but dk talent changes aside, the changes look very nice. the ui looks a lot more polished than it did (even to the point where i might only run with 1-3 addons instead of my usual 15+), and its fun to try out new specs again.

I think they tweaked mages a little too much. My room mate, who plays one, was seeing 50K+ crits last night, and he topped out somewhere around 57K.

Man the changes to the Priest (healing) have been pretty big, what an overhaul! oO
Gunna take me awhile to get used to all the new healy spells, procs and such, seems they've made it (for priests at least) so that you have to think about healing so very much more now instead of just spamming the same old heals againd and again, I'm looking forward to learning it :)

Regarding melee nerfs and caster buffs, they haven't sorted out the balamcing just yet.

Just want them to fix DK tanking...I keep getting aggro yanked off me every few seconds!

On another note, waiting for most of my addons to be updated for 4.0 =/

I did some bgs for several hours last night as a holy paladin. It was a blast. I love what they've done to the class, the new heals rock!

I'm a little iffy on prot, but seeing as my guild counts on me to main tank, I'll be sticking with it regardless.

Also, in case any of you were unaware, all wrathful gear besides shoulders and tier 2 weapons now do not require rating. So if you have extra honor points to spare, go grab some. You won't gain any honor unless you are below 4000, so if you, like me, have something like 5600 honor, grab a wrathful weapon or helm.

My room mate started playing the other day, and he decided to roll a hunter. I walked in, wanting to see how he was faring, when I saw him in a Deadmines group.

I see his hunter, but not his pet. Oh, he says, I've decided to be a melee hunter. I found this cool sword that has more damage than my bow.

*twich*

"But aren't you a Beast Mastery hunter? Why wouldn't you want to have your pet out?"

Because, he says, it's too much work to manage my pet. I'll just use my sword from here on out. I was only using my auto-shot anyway, so I wasn't doing enough damage.

Well what were you expecting, Ryusen? You know you can't leave a completely new player unsupervised.
