As flawed a game as it is, I enjoy PS2 when I play it. Has something changed recently with the customization options? I remember they used to all be paid material, per person.
Regardless, if we were to get enough people together in even a small outfit it would be nice to have an organized effort for once.
I like the list of:

Hehehe...we forgot to update this.
We moved to the EU Miller server (Because my IRL friends can't follow instructions) and set up a new outfit, the 105th Crimson Wolves. Schradieck has already submitted a decal and we have about 5 members at the moment. We're still new conglomerate.

Oh... You guys aren't on Emerald? Literally all of my characters (one for each faction) are on Emerald. Emerald is exclusively where I play.
As for ranks though, you could use the ones I use in my GTA crew:
Neophyte
Acolyte
Apostle
Prior
Abbot
Presbyter
Sage
Cardinal
Vicar
Patriarch

I'm gonna go ahead and make an Emerald, Terran Republic Outfit if I can garner support for it from US players.

Depending on the requirements for creating an outfit, we could, theoretically, make one for every faction. Myself and Tygron prefer TR, Slaughter prefers VS, and that munchkin Lief there likes his anarchistic Trump supporters.

If anyone wants to join in on Emerald Server, I just created the 0728th Mekkan on Terran Republic side.
Since there is literally no cost of doing this, I might make the 0728th Mekkan for NC and VS as well. I play every faction. I just play TR the most.
I will address, THIS IS THE EMERALD SERVER OUTFIT. If you play the EU server or elsewhere, by all means, join the EU branch.
EDIT: Yeah, for anyone interested, 0728th Mekkan, 0728th Mekkan NC, and 0728th Mekkan VS are all ready for anyone to join. Anyone wanting to put a lot of effort into the Outfit outside of the TR one, I'll give you a more leadership-based role.
For those who don't know, Mekkan is the world Twokinds takes place on, and July 28th is Tom's Birthday.
