Short answer: Yes
Now the question is how much is he asking for it?
How dirty is in inside?
Was it in a smokers house?
Will the HDDs be wiped and the OS reloaded if it hasn't been done already?
I would honestly say that this is a really nice build.
The Phantom 410 case is a great case and really builder friendly, the MSI parts are great as well.
Corsair has always been outstanding in quality (even if their prices are a bit too "premium")
If you aren't comfortable building your own system and you want to join the glorious PC master race, I would say this is a good PC to pick up.

You could probably use more RAM--8GB is a little low for modern games--and a better power supply might save headaches down the road. Other than that I can't think of much to say, this isn't my expertise.

Not really. I have 6 GB, and most of my games run fine. the ones that don't, it's the fact my video card is not that great, and usually run fine on the lower graphics settings. In fact, my 6 GB RAM computer plays games better than my old one, which had 8 GB, probably because the new graphics card is a little better than the old one.MeaCulpa, S.C.M. wrote:8 GB is a little low for modern games

I have 8GB of RAM myself, and 90% of games out there don't use more than 4GB of it. I suppose the rare exception is the handful of 64-bit games, and I still have no issues, despite the fact Windows is typically using 2GB of my RAM at any given time.MeaCulpa, S.C.M. wrote:8GB is a little low for modern games

That's computer has better points and worse points than the one I've got, (the video card and storage are better) and I can run anything from Civ V to Diablo 3 to League of Legends. It'll do fine, perhaps don't try running a WoW 40 man raid on full graphics.
