So for anyone who is a fan of games like Minecraft and Terraria, A new game, or at least the beta, has been released for play.
Starbound.
http://playstarbound.com/
It's essentially terraria, more futuristic, millions of more items, procedural generation on EVERYTHING and massive amounts of space to discover. I Spent approximately 4 days in game time literally ignoring everything and walking left. I never looped back to start, roughly 40 minutes.

Preorder is around 15$ And from what I've played so far, it's worth it.
Little buggy seeing how it's a beta but a ton of fun.

Re: Starbound (Beta)
I have the game, and it's absolutely fun. And my dearest finds are the music instruments (since they get on my friends nerves :3 )
My Floran is always ready to stab everything And the comments from various races when you examine stuff is gold, I like how the game is progressing.

Definitely pretty fun. They even get the name generator to make cool sounding characters. (i.e. Swoopbringer)
Tier progression is good, I just feel the costs of some tools is a bit steep.
