For the website just use a free tk domain combined with a site like 000webhost for hosting

Also maplestory? What world and char name are you im galcia (i think its that)
And my chars are
Nyxstraza - 28 demon slayer
Gigeon - 39 dual blade
XxGunSoxX - 29 cannoneer (i think thats the eight name)
A lvl 11 elf (cant remember class name or char name i created it when the elf was first released)
And a lvl 20 Aran

And for a cms I would recommend drupal. And if you know php, throw in a couple custom modules and you be ready for anything.

Wait.... So everytime i make a small website to do tiny things i wasted my time hardcoding it...

*Puts head up fast and wipes a tear away while smiling* oh wait the webservers i use are 000webhost which i dont think has a cms capability and a lighttpd install on my ipod

If it is the same 000webhost I use it has cms capability. And how did you you get lighthttpd installed, I could not get it installed for the life of me.

I have provide a Server a month ago but there was not much going on.
So I turn it down because it was a home server.
