Ah...I wasn't able to participate after all. Between full time work and full time uni, I just didn't have the time to write an entire story. Next year, I shall take first place!

A small update for you: I recently spoke with my judges, and it appears that so far (*knocks on wood**) we're on track for having everything done like we said we would.

Well, it's the 18th! Results incoming, I hope? Need to wait on judges in a different time zone?

I have one judge's scores, waiting to hear on the others, and will admit that I still have a couple stories to finish. Considering I have tomorrow off, however, I will be finishing them by then.

Delays are nothing new to this competition, and for that you have my apologies - but we do have a definite motion and aren't delaying by weeks or months.

Yeah don't stress, hugmeplz. I was really joking in my post anyways - besides, what's a bit longer going to do?

Ladies and gents:

It is with some reluctance that I have to announce that one of our judges has decided to rescind their judging duties. Thankfully, it is not a situation such as last year (Rest in Peace, MFA) - but rather that they became too busy with personal life to dedicate the time necessary to grade and judge each story as it deserves in a timely manner.

As such, I've got a little re-arranging I need to do. You will have your scores and announcements before Christmas.
