Hilariously I don't even know how many I've been through. I've lived in Florida 23 years and have been in the eye of a hurricane before. Anyways Matthew was windy at my parent's place and I guess electricity went off at the room I'm renting but eh. No real damage where I was at.

Dude that's mindblowingly (if that's even a word) impressive! Wish I'd come across your thread sooner, your art is so crisp. Did you do the shading by hand too?

PS: I'm pretty sure I could use this page as a benchmark for internet download speed, it took a solid minute to load all the images xD

It's awesome to see how much your art has improved since your first post. I love seeing the progress!

To be fair he's not a major character in FE and his game hasn't even made it to the states. You can't even recruit him. I just happened to nab him in a huge project and I happen to like him =v= so win for me

It's a mix of traditional and digital. The lines and cross hatch work is all done with a cheapo mechanical pencil-- actually hold on


That's what I scanned in. Then I ran it through sai to color with its own set of shading. Then a final pass through photoshop for any color fixes and contrast issues.

I tend to stick with traditional linework because my tablet is 10 years old and only works on a 7 year old desktop computer. So it's clunky to get the lines I want. I have a gallery OF strictly digital, but it was when I had a wacom tablet from my school along with cintiq access which sped up my process.

Anyways here's some new art. It isn't too dazzling because the hurricane running through my city kiiinda threw things way off. A week without power then the aftermath stress.
