Well, just wanted to get some comments on what to do to improve. My line art is crap-tacular and my cell shading is meh. I'm hoping to get some insight on to some of my things ive been working on. Thanks.

You do need to practice more- and it would be nice to have a bit of history on your art (Namely how long you have been drawing and your current age).

I cant really tell how long I've been drawing cause its more of an on off thing in the past few years. I guess i would have started about ... 4 years back, but I've only really started to draw last year. My age i prefer to leave out, but I'm approaching the end of the "teens".
Recently i found out, although I'm not sure if i should be doing this, that your supposed to start with a huge canvas(50by50in) and then scaling down which increases the detail and when u reduce the size it makes it harder to see those squiggly parts that seem to be a bane for my pictures. XD

A couple things I noticed:
In the first picture you appear to be using the pen tool, which is fine; but you have it set so that it tapers to nothing at the ends. In the 'brushes' palette, you can set the minimum brush thickness; I suggest 40-45%, but it depends on how thick the lines are to begin with.
The second one, you're doing something with the shading that I see a lot of, especially in less experienced artists; you've shaded the cheeks as though they're perfectly round, and this makes the muzzle seem flat. When shading, just remember that the muzzle (in most cases) tapers from the cheeks to the nose; it doesn't just stick straight out of the face.
And you're right, it's usually a good idea to work big and display small, as it make little mistakes less apparent.

Ill work on the muzzle too, Im having a hard time imagining it with the lack of reference material, ive been saving some up recently though.
