Steam punk airship

this drawing is pretty old compared to my recent ones, i was still learning to use my wacom at that time

Image

the merah devil is a notorious pirate airship. sky sailors will hear the dreadful sounds of its horn followed by its arrival. Before anyone can even react hundreds of harpoons burst forward entangling the victim ship and drawing it closer to its ravenous crews

yeah, it's the one that is the most scorpion-like

Heh, I prefer the heavy gunner one myself. There's nothing quite like mowing enemies down in an eight-legged tank.

Just imagine the sniper mech bursting out of the sand and charging at you at full speed...
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I'd probably be more worried when it's hidden in the sand. The tip of the sniper barely visible, pointing at you.

Goddamn man, That's downright impressive. Hah, you know, you should have gone around going like "Oh God, it hurts!!" and see how many people you can freak out.

Nah, it's still pretty noticeable. If i want to freak people out i could just get a cloth/tissue, smear it with red paint and cover my hand with it as if trying to stop the bleeding.

Although the last time i tried pulling a prank like that i end up getting an angry lecture from my parents

The day gods arrived

Image

dawn approaches, slowly engulfing the stellar night sky with it's red glow, shining upon this pristine land with it's welcoming warmth. although in this day, a feeling of uncertainty fills the atmosphere

a lone wanderer gazes at the sky in awe and wonder seeing the strange but majestic structure hovering before him. This is a day that this civilization will never forget. The day the gods came down from the stars.

Do these Gods come in the name of peace and exploration ? Or is there something darker and more sinister to their visit ?

But damn, your art has a very interesting style to it. I think the more "zoomed out" the perspective is, the better it looks because of that style. Take this recent piece, for example. It's breathtaking, and really shows well considering the perspective and lighting used. I also think it's amazing you're able to quickly pump out these epic sketches and whatnot.
