Rasva's art/miniature painting
So i got my drawing tablet just over two weeks ago, and i have decided to share these and future drawings here. Enjoy!
First drawing i completed.
During those two weeks it evolved into this.
And just a random animal.
Constructive criticism is appreciated.

Not bad at all, but the only thing I can see right away is that the second and third images are cropped oddly.

They are not cropped, i just ran out of space.TheWMM wrote:Not bad at all, but the only thing I can see right away is that the second and third images are cropped oddly.

I dont think it's the fur color that makes it look out of place, I think what they meant was that the first and third look much more well constructed than the second one.Rasva wrote:Yeah, i wasn't sure about that blue fur color but i decided to just roll with it.prototype99 wrote:not so fond on the second drawing, it somehow feels out of place, but i like your first and third drawings!

And assuming you're working digitally, you can always resize your drawing to get more room. Otherwise it's a good habit to get into to draw out a basic structure for your characters. That way you can get an immediate idea if it will fit on the page and if there are any obvious fundamental proportion issues that you can fix before you're already drawn an entire body with clothing and muscle definition.
Hey, I make art now. Check it out.

Sorry if i'm being stupid here, but if it's the armor and stuff it is kind of supposed to look like that, since i was trying to make it look Skaveny.
