Dodge(y) Art work
If anyone remembers why I joined it was actually to post this so, here it is. I'm not a big fan of colouring in (nor do I OWN any colouring pencils) so this is my 'style'. My deviantART is the same as my account name TheHaloViper.
First up Flora
Sorry if it stretches the page I may have uploaded it at too large of a resolution. (and if anyone knows how to edit deviation resolutions after posting would be a life saver)

Yeah, my biggest worry is if it stretches the page.
Also Trace up here
I based it off Tom's portrait of Trace on his deviantART page.

If all else fails, you could just link it. I don't upload things to dA, so I can't really help you with that kind of stuff. -.-TheHaloViper wrote:Yeah, my biggest worry is if it stretches the page.

Very good. You remind me of when I started drawing. Here's a tip someone gave me when I started out. Try not to use lined paper. In a way it gives you a guide for measurement but if you get rid of that lined paper and go with something more like a drawing pad of some sort you will get better.
For example when I first started out this was the monstrosity I created:

View at your own risk..You may burn your eyes.
But anyway, literally the next day I pumped this sucker out.

No really, the very next day I pumped him out. Been my fursona ever since. But then I kept going:

So what I'm saying is try out a different paper, and keep practicing. I will say this, even if your work is off of reference so far, that trace picture is great.

I'd shout at people who think their art is "not so good really" if I wasn't so busy Staring at their Artwork.

I'll tell ye's two things. 1 I made these during my AS revision, hence the lined paper. 2 I never spent as much time drawing anything before, ever. And sorry ticoun ninja but when I first drew this and then saw some serious stuff done via photoshop, I was genuinely wondering if it was any good.

Ok so, yes I know this is still on file paper I made these weeks ago, but this is the first I drew and personally my favourite.

Awesome. Your coloring and shading with the pencil are great
Fear is not "evil". It is to know your own weakness. If you know your weakness, people can become strong as well as gentle.
