For instance, I know Tiny Voices and RedDwarf (no offense meant, fellas), and I all have different comfort zones for content. I'd like to come to a consensus of what should be at least minimal enforcement. We probably will not maximally enforce what makes people comfortable, but I feel that some kind of understanding of what to expect would help everyone.
Honestly, I just care about whether I have consent or not. And I think that's what it boils down to all in all. I don't really think of "Not safe for work" as being something I wouldn't look at at work, but so much more so what I wouldn't want anyone in general see me looking at. So I want the option of looking at it or not.

Putting NSFW in the thread title is one way, sure. But what if you don't always draw suggestive stuff? Not even people like Alvin or Slow draw porn 24/7. And I do like the stuff they make that's clean. Well, if people just post everything in [img] format, then I have to see everything at once. There's also the issue of people not always putting a NSFW in their title, either cause of one reason or another.

As for what is NSFW, and how to deal with it, well I'll have to get back to you. I just had enough time to post this, and honestly there'll probably be replies to this anyway.
