Ya, Leo's still alive. He hasn't been on the forum for a while, though (Last time as of now: Sat Apr 06, 2013 2:18 pm). I noticed he still goes onto dA like once every few days, though. He replied to my "hello" message, so ya I'd say he's just either lurking the forums or else has some other reason to not be online. 
And, uh, the site only loads sometimes for me. And it has nothing on it except what I could roughly assume looks like a twokinds fanfic comic. Could be neat, but idk.
Site is also in French, but since there's nothing on it I don't really care for now.
