Yes it is. The wikipedia page contains basically all the information we have about this station.
I sometimes listen to it via an internet repeater hoping to catch a vocal or morse broadcast but to date I only have heard the buzzer.
I find this old soviet stuff kinda fascinating.

So yeah I'm stuck here at the college library waiting before my literature class, so I drew Zee Mug from Romantically Apocalyptic. I also made a digital version of this in Photoshop yesterday evening, I'll give it a few finishing touches and post it tonight.

Problem is I don't know how to add shading...

Old glass insulators on an unused telephone pole. The two clear ones are Hemingray-45s, the others are older Hemingray-42s.
