Also, my first avian ever (I've had gryphons before, but not a pure avian), Aiden: (NSFW) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4031494/ (Male, girly, hawt, etc.)

Well, the bird guy isn't exactly to my tastes, but your reference lines look pretty good. The hands seem small to me, but they're very well shaped. The feet also seem a little small, but I don't know how to size feet, so that's kind of an impulse thing. Proportions look good, though she's a little, er, flat for my tastes. :P
