It's very well drawn. The only negative thing that sticks out to me is that the pen looks like it's jutting out of his cheek rather than in his mouth.

Very spiffeh, I particularly like the details you put for the clothing, folds and shadows etc. My only possible gripes are that his mouth seems a bit too much to the right, given the angle, and the leg-parts that are closer to the camera could be a bit bigger, maybe it's just me.
