Oh, the indirectly linked part about it I have never heard about, and at least it's not in the rules. Oh well, I'll think about it next time.

Technically, you're not allowed to post links to any mature content at all, and linking to a middle-man site like Av's, or to a site with its own content filter, is really just a loophole. I suppose that the NSFW tagging is unnecessary if you link indirectly, but as a common courtesy thing, I'd still do it.

And nude photography is somehow less obscene than a drawn nude? I really doubt you'd have a problem uploading it to dA.

Nah, nude photography is called art, whereas nude drawings pretty easily get the pornography/hentai tag. :/ at least, that's what I've seen with others.
