Ok, quick question before I get too far a ahead of myself here.

I forgot to ask before I posted the first time, but what is the structure you wanted to use for this RP?

Did you want us to take turns between post. (Eg. Someone post then they wait for everyone else to do something before they go again). Or would you prefer that'd we post in a way that'd seem more 'natural'? (Speak when spoken to type stuff.)
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I should point out that for those of us who are slower to post, a short, back-and-forth posting style can lead some players to be buried, or make it hard to keep track of in-game time. There are benefits to either of course.

I am waiting for the GM to get back to me on a PM I sent, go ahead... I might be your first target!

Okay, sorry I've been so slow to reply, I don't know if I told anyone on here but I had a busy weekend. (Wedding to go to, had to do four straight hours of babysitting about ten kids, then a nap until about 6 today because I was exhausted.)
So, for the roleplaying style, I'm thinking a turn-based structure would be better; it might seem a little bit less natural, but since not everyone here replies very fast I think it might work. However, if someone takes too long to respond (for instance, over two days) then I think it's fine to go ahead and just take your turn. Check on this thread before doing that, though.

Phaing, I'm working on getting back to you right now.

Lief, I put your form up on the first post, sorry for the wait :)

Okay, so I took a look at the roleplay and I realized with the way people (including me) have been responding, that might not work so well. So perhaps we could try something where we can respond when interacted with, but try to put a few posts in between to give other people a chance to respond as well? That way it's sort of a compromise between both the slow and fast responders.

so that last post may or may not have been absolutely pointless oops

That, or we could compile larger post between players through PM's before uploading them.

Yeah, i think it's pretty easy to see when a long conversation is about to happen between two characters so then both the roleplayers could compile it into one post through the pm like rookie said

That is standard practice for us indeed, and in fact myself and Amoeba have led with one of those very posts.

That sounds fine to me, although I've never tried it before on other sites so it's a new idea for me.

Alright then.

I guess I'll just wait a few days then before continuing my bit.

I believe we're waiting on a few people to post, correct? Don't want to rush, but I'd rather this not die before the introduction.

My intention was to wait a little while before introducing my own character, right up until Vallai makes a second appearance. Please, don't wait for my sake.

I had a similar plan, just to introduce my character to the story now. Imply that he already knew who Mal's character as he was leaving and then wait until we're joined up again at the fountain with Vallai.

I'll reply to get the story moving a little bit, but yeah, I think we need to wait a bit for everyone to catch up. If no one else has responded by tomorrow at this time then we can move on with the story.
