Makes sense.SperoWolf wrote:Most people have a lot of duties that eat up most of their time, and few (like myself) enjoy devoting all of their free time to Internet activities. I'm guessing that a lot of the people who signed up haven't found a good time to post yet, and the people who do have the time and have already posted are just waiting for some more replies to come in before posting again; so it doesn't seem like they're taking over the rp. That's just my best guess, thoughJoshtheOverlander wrote:Is everyone else busy or do they not know we've started?

I'm waiting for MidnightBlink and Transient to post before I post again.

So we're all just kind of waiting for Transient right now. How much longer do you guys think we should wait before we skip him?

I guess I would be next. But I'm happy to wait if you guys wanted.

Might as well continue without him. He is taking quite a while, after all. Go ahead.

Right oh, if that's the case I'll start writing my next bit up then.

I wouldn't be to worried about it. The Rp thread moves really slowly.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Like I said, I post slowly. Just keep posting/bug Spero since he hasn't posted in a while.

I know I'm not participating in this RP and all, but, really Spero? Leliana? I'm not saying you have to be creative with your names, but do you really have to blatantly rip something off?

y7h65, myself, and Tyendinaga are working on a post collectively. In the future we might cut them into pieces to avoid the hang-time, since ours tend to be a bit long-winded.

Maybe if it was an old game or something. But it's not even a year old yet.
Also when did I imply copyright infringement?

I wouldn't mind the name so much if she wasn't also spymaster. As it is, it's incredibly obvious and lazy.
I've done it before, to some extent. It's bad conduct and certainly doesn't paint you in a good light. (Not necessarily a bad one, though.)
If you wanted to make that kind of reference, you could've used the name Marjolaine. While familiar to fans of the series, it's not going to stand out anywheres near as bad as Leliana does. I'd still advise against it, but I wouldn't have called you out like I did if you had used that name.

Awesome. I kind of prefer it this way, as it allows the story to move forward a lot quicker, but up to you guys.MrFlyingAmoeba wrote:y7h65, myself, and Tyendinaga are working on a post collectively. Josh and I are doing something similar with the sparring match, and I guess Spero's character is just off to the side watching. We could do something to tie the four together, or Spero can continue to do his own thing for now. His call.
Now Midnight's next, right ?
