Suddenly got the idea to make a new character. So I did. I'll be posting soon as this is approved, since Bwaaa apparently isn't going to.

Appearance: Clocks in at an imposing (For a woman) 6'4. She has a multitude of scars, several that are on her face. One of the more notable scars is one that runs vertically from her left eyebrow into her hairline.

The only characteristic that even remotely implies any inhumanity is her eyes, which are very "draconic" in appearance. A mix of several shades of orange, with a hint of red here and there, as well as vertical slit-like pupils. They're extremely easy to get 'lost' in, and produce a feeling of the unnatural to anyone who gazes into them. She used to hide them with sunglasses or tinted goggles, but those aren't exactly in high supply anymore.

Wears plate armor, heavily scarred with several pieces clearly being new additions. The right pauldron looks to have been cleaved in half, then tied together with leather strips. The left vambrace looks to have been in three pieces at one point, then hastily reforged. The neck guard, a simple protrusion of steel meant to keep blades from being turned into the neck/face, has a nasty gash in it. The rest of the armor is marred with scratches, dents, and the occasional scorch mark. Interestingly, there appears to be acid damage on the right hip. No helmet.

Carries a blade on her left side. It is in excellent condition, especially in contrast to her armor. Anyone with the capability can tell it has magical properties, although any specifics are hard to discern. It is certainly powerful, theoretically capable of killing gods.
Name: Hayley Durnin
Race: Descendant (Altered Human)
Gender: Female
Backstory: The descendant of genetically modified humans. She comes from a world where magic is commonplace, but technology is not. It was once, and Hayley was around to see it fall. Not everyone can use magic, either. Before they nuked themselves back to the stone age (Not quite that bad), that was what genetic modification was intended for. Few humans had the gene that allowed them to use magic, but technology advanced to where that gene could be replicated, theoretically giving anyone the ability to use magic. It didn't stop there, of course. Lengthened lifespans, enhanced strength, speed, etc.

After the technological nuke, there were surprisingly few of these genetically modified humans or their descendants left. Most of the world's remaining population was made up of the poor who couldn't afford gene mods. This put the few who had them in high demand as rulers, warriors, master craftsmen... The list goes on.

Most chose the path of the warrior. Most of them killed each other, or were killed by... Things. Hayley is one of very few who are still around. Some thousand years or so after the fall of civilization, by her count. There were and still are legends, often referring to her as a "god of war". They weren't exactly wrong, but she still didn't like them.

Being able to use magic had its advantages when you were around for as long as Hayley. Such as the ability to move between dimensions. MacPhearson's made a nice place to relax in from time to time.
Speech Color: "Technically, I'm not immortal. Just very skilled at staying alive."

It's a bit later than I said but here we go!

**********
Name: Chromia
Appearance: A rare shot of her without her helmet or outer armor on.
Race: Tenno (Human derived)
Gender: Female
Backstory on how she found MacPherson's: It had started with what seemed to be a routine mission in the Void, venturing into one of many Orokin towers to shut down a portal forced open by the Corpus. Fight through to the portal defeat the quadruped guard drone holding the key for portal, sabotage the portal and escape. It was only when she got back to her Liset that an odd communique from the Lotus, the de-facto Tenno commander, that things became a little strange.

"Tenno, I am picking up a anomalous data-signature from one of the cipher-chips you recovered from the Corpus resource caches in the tower. I think... Yes, Ordis, can you derive a blueprint from this?" She commed in, addressing the Liset's AI.

"I can try... Hmm, no blueprint, but there is a message concerning 'an oasis of peace between the worlds.' Operator, we must investigate further so we can... *static* INVADE AND EXPLOI... *static* Find a refuge for those who deserve it. Ordis concluded.

After that, in between missions against the forces threatening to tear the Origin system apart with their struggles, Chromia followed up on every lead and hint she could, until at last there was enough data to have her ship's foundry unit assemble a unique void-key. The rest of the data seemed preposterous, up to and including the advertisement in the style of ancient Earth, claiming the place was an inter-dimentional bar called "MacPherson's". Still, it worth investigating, especially if a faction other than the Orokin had mastered the secrets of the void, and if it was truly as peaceful as claimed.

Ordis's voice broke through her meditations sometime the next day. "GUN, GUN, GUUUUNN... *static* Hmm, there are foundry items for you, Operator!"

The key that came out of the foundry was not done up in the golden Orokin aesthetic but copper and silver. Plugging the mysterious key into the navigation system, Chromia's vessel was promptly displaced into an old-fashioned but well-maintained aircraft hangar, straight out of a historical simulation of the Second Globar War of ancient Earth. (WWII) A door on the far side of the room let in a welcoming light, and the low hum of conversation.

Before she could enter, a man in a fine suit made her check her Karak Wraith, Vaykor Marelok, and Prisma Cleavers at the door. He even recognized the dangerous utility of her armor’s outer layer, and her helmet’s spectral scream system, making Chromia leave those behind as well. (How was he so… persuasive?) Walking in feeling a bit naked without her arms and half her armor, she reminds her herself that she probably wouldn’t need her weapons, if this truly was an oasis of peace in the Void.

Eventually, she got a drink and started to relax, meeting all manner of creatures and beings from beyond, and even took a few codex scans for posterity before returning to her ship. Turning the MacPherson's key over in her hands, she reflected on the experience. Unfortunately, the bar wasn't ideal for the refuge that she and the Lotus were hoping for, but given the establishment's time-distortion effect, it could be a very efficient way for her and her clanmates to get some R&R amidst the long fight in the Origin system. She made a point to return sometime, hopefully soon...

Speech Color: "Yeah, we Tenno might have a bit of a mercenary attitude. But bringing some semblance of order to the Origin System isn't cheap, either. That's how I see it, at least."

Theme: Hopeful but determined.

Anon, I cannot accept this unless Chromia knows about Mac's beforehand.

Ouch, right. Forgot about that... I'll rework it when I'm back at my computer. I'm actually awake and not sleep deprived.

Edited the character sheet now, hopefully it works better? If it's still too accidental let me know.

That was Bwaa's character. He no longer appears to have any intention of posting, so I've booted him. You may react as you see fit.
