Hello, Sir or Madam!
Recently, you have expressed interest in aiding our scientific research staff with various drug trials which have advanced to human testing. Please be rest assured that this is purely a scientific endeavor, to be tested for various side-effects and consequences, and that you will be well compensated for your time. All of the medicines that you choose to trial are completely harmless.
Should you still maintain interest, please deliver the attached form -- fully filled out with your name, medical information, and proper identification -- to our testing facilities on the 8th of February, 2010. Please remember to eat a good meal the night before, remain plenty hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing. We hope that you will choose to continue to aid us.

What are you most afraid of?
I hope this has seemed sufficiently unsettling. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am a connoisseur of the frightening; I love to scare myself, and frankly, I don't know why. I realize that, in a written medium, this is quite difficult to do properly, but I aim to challenge that claim with this scenario. Take, if you will, a story, in which your characters delve into a quite-literal hell of fear and paranoia; all kinds of urban legends and creepypasta coming together under one roof. Your goal? Survive and escape. Hopefully, without anything escaping with you. I will be going to all parts of the internet rumor mill to draw the horror home. Don't worry; you'll be in good hands.
Now, yes, you may have noticed the Horzine / Killing Floor reference. For the most part, I just picked the name because it sounded cool; this is supposed to be a psychological roleplay, rather than an action-oriented one. However, I may pluck one or two "experiments," should I feel the need. Anyway, that's besides the point. Due to my powers of being a moderator, I can offer a few more...interesting possibilities with this roleplay than others. For example, I may take it to other boards: How do you find the passcode to a door, for example? Well, a clue may be left here, that leads to another thread, in which I've slipped in an edited word or phrase that may help. Don't worry, I won't make you go digging; if anything, it'd be in the first post. However, there are many more fun opportunities that I won't elaborate on until we're in the game.
I only require a few things for this Roleplay: A decent grasp on literacy, and human characters.
