You make a valid point, but there's one more thing i'll mention. Of you eat primarily fat, with very little carbs, your body will get used to burning it as a way to gain energy. Makes it easier to maintain and lose weight.
And yeah, maybe it will be unhealthy in a few years, but I have neither time nor desire to bother making real food at this point.

Is is a matter of quality as much as it is a matter of quantity.
Anyhow for what I gather the current consensus in nutritional science seems to be that fat is not as bad as we used to believe. And highly processed sugars and refined carbohydrates are much more of a health issue as they are more likely to cause more health problems like diabetes and obesity and heart diseases.
I also like milk, depite trying to drink less, but I cannot imagine subsisting on mostly milk no matter the convenience. Yet again i do enjoy cooking so I have little issue in preparing food.

Onions and undercooked beans.
If it moves but shouldn't: Duct tape. If it doesn't move but should: WD-40. With a hammer everything fits, and if it still doesn't fit: bigger hammer. If it can't be fixed with a hammer it's an electrical problem.

Re: Last Man Posting
Well yeah... I was trying to be make a joke about the current topic of the thread, joke food, by being ironic and taking it the topic too seriously.
Clearly, As I am trying to explain my joke, it was not funny and it was only a misguided attempt at humor. Sorry.

Meh. Don't feel too bad. This is probably the only thread that can't really go off-topic.

Oh? *clasps hands* Do tell.
As the great, all-powerful Moderator, what counts as "off-topic" in the LMP thread? How far do we have to go to hit that point?
Also, unrelated: I am cold, for the first time in weeks. Almost forgot the feeling. It's nice.
