I am only 27 my experience with true arcades is minimal. As with many thing from the 80s they look cool but I never got any chance to experience them. :S

And yes there were way better games. Even back then but Dragon lair despite being mechanically barren it was prettier than anything from that era.

Workplace freedom level up!

Perks include:
~You now have a hammock in your bay, and nobody cares! You can now sleep suspended in air on work hours in the open, and the only reaction you get is "... Yup."

I had a good day.

I am definitively a Christmas person...

With all this Work for home it has been easier to take a nap during work hours. Even back at the office my boss did not care , he caught me sleep twice and said nothing only asked what music i was listening to . Besides it is not uncommon to find my boss sleeping on his desk or in the couch we keep next to our cubicles. Still i try to not fall sleep on work hours....

Well, if you do nothing for several hours, what else are you gonna do? :P

I wonder if we should have a thread where we all write a story, one letter at a time.

But that would take.. for-friggin'-ever.

My boss has this philosophy. If you are falling sleep at job. Then go to sleep and come back when you wake up! It is more efficient that way.

Isn't the standard format for that game 3-6 words or a sentence per post? I mean it is still gonna take forever but at least we maybe get somewhere before we retire

On the sleeping in the workplace, when I first met my partner we would ‘cuddle’ to the small hour of the morning, then I’d driven them home, then I’d drive me home and only have a hour or two before I had to drive to work.

After a week, or so of this, I was literally falling asleep on my feet at work, and several times I had to just hide in a toilet cubical, curl up on the floor and sleep (no big gaps under the cubical doors, and clean floors thankfully)

I’ve dropped in from time to time, but lucking might be a bit strong.

Was it really 12 years. It went in a flash.

Once I was working on a conference with my colleagues. We spent around a week with 12 hours shifts and 4 hrs sleep. Eventually if I stopped moving i would fall sleep on the spot. At the end I lean on a column to rest a bit. I slid to the floor and feel sleep.

And yet again I am feeling old  Time does fly when you are not paying attention.

By the way did Ms Mod Hayate changed profile picture? Or did I found a weird glitch were it never loaded in my end?

No, I think it changed too. Something seems different.
