Dark Jak. He's been corrupted my the power of dark ego(? or is it Eco), he is very threatening in that state and sends many mortal men into a fear induced state. That and you played Jak like a homicidal maniac (like I did) he would easily slash their throats out.

Otacon. He at least knows how to handle a gun. Also, look on the story board for War of the Dark Ones. That's mine :p
