Had that other pic for like... 3 or 4 years. Finally got a proper headshot of my sona, so I figured it was about time to change that old pic.

Venison.
If it moves but shouldn't: Duct tape. If it doesn't move but should: WD-40. With a hammer everything fits, and if it still doesn't fit: bigger hammer. If it can't be fixed with a hammer it's an electrical problem.

Hmmm Venison!

On that note I have never had any Venison. Wonder how it tastes like?

Like all meat, "tastes like chicken".

... I've never had it either.

Personally I prefer chicken over red meat. Easier to cook than a steak has less cholesterol. I also prefer the flavor but that is just me.

I have heard people saying that most game meat taste earthy. Whatever that is supposed to mean. Hunters will insist that animals taste to what they eat and in the case of large herbivores that would give them a grass like taste (?)
Again never had it so I can't confirm

I do think you require a lot of technique to cook a decent steak, not so much chicken. I also find it more flexible. You can grill it, bread it, make a soup, fry it, bake it etc. It is also cheaper in general.

Steak? Cheap? Takes more skill to cook? Blasphemy on both counts.

Good steak is anything but cheap, and while cooking it takes at least some skill and technique, my mother used to cook it perfectly on a grate over a fire while camping. She used to say, "Stick a fork in it. Is it done?"

I cooked steak once in my life, and that advice got me to a perfect medium-well.

I was talking about chicken:

Red meat is not cheap and without a thermometer i usually either undercook it or overcook it. Overcooked chicken is not nice but edible cannot say the same for overcooked steak.
I do cook steak occasionally, but the whole process to dry, season, sear, baste etc is generally a big pain for me.

On a chicken related note I am quite the fan of fried chicken sandwiches but I do not deep fry at home since it is just too complicated

I have won a few prizes with smoked eel (local Dutch delicacy), and I still have the feeling I have no idea what I am doing.
