Dammit >_>
I woke up, or more appropriately was woken up, 15 minutes before I had to leave this morning.
Guess who didn't set their alarm, and had to speed shower, scarf down a breakfast and run out the door? (;_;)

I doubt that. If anything, I'd wager that your sleep schedule is so displaced that you don't begin to feel physically tired until that time. It means that you stay up way too late, don't sleep to a usual schedule, and don't stay asleep long enough.
This is only for the sake of your personal health, but I would try forcing yourself to go to bed at an earlier time, somewhere around the window of 11 o'clock to start off. Once it gets to be that time of night, you should drop EVERYTHING that you are doing, and make yourself go to sleep. Even if you spend an hour and a half just staring at the ceiling before you pass out, it's not something you can fix in one night. Set a time for you to go to bed, and then go to bed.

Well I phoned my docter up and explained this to him and he told me I had something called insomnia. Oh well. I'm on sleep pills as of this weekend.

I found out that my neighbour's daughter (twenty-few years old) died. And her mother was hoping that daughter'll take care of disabled brother when she dies. But the daughter died. Imagine what the mother feels now...

My dad, who ''always'' shower colder than me, left for some strange reason the shower at maximum heat, so I burned myself. Should it be so hard to turn down the heat when you are finished? :?

I've been going through some major mood swings today and I don't know why. I've gone from happy to mad to happy to sad to wonderful to angry. I noticed this during one of my mad moments and it made me even more annoyed >,<

Not any harder than it is to check how hot the shower is before jumping under it.

It seems I'm really going to stop posting and just lurk.

I find this quite bad although the reason is clear.

For those who actually care, this is because I see this as a more restrained forum, mostly fit for proper discussions. I'm not so good at that.

So I think I'll just retreat to lurking except for a few topics.

This is what I've always done, even before my year-long absence.
