Re: EPIK PHAILURE Part Deux
I like how one of them just keeps driving on after the collision. Quite the T-bone there.

There could be civilians in more imminent danger than "we fell over in a huge, heavy, thick-skinned truck."WindDragon wrote:Did...that second firetruck really keep on going?

Still...is that not considered hit-and-run? Are firemen put above the law because of their line of work?

Re: EPIK PHAILURE Part Deux
I think saving other people's lives is far more important now.WindDragon wrote:Still...is that not considered hit-and-run? Are firemen put above the law because of their line of work?
Now, if they were just driving somewhere NOT fire-related and this happened, then yes. They should stop.
But not now.
Re: EPIK PHAILURE Part Deux
Just because we're on the issue of fires. This sign is very misleading given the current situation.

I was digging around for some schematics for my CB ( an old cobra 29ST NW ) and came across this gem of automotive fail.

What's a switch doing in the car, anyway? And what the heck would it DO?

Re: EPIK PHAILURE Part Deux
You don't even know what it does, and you're calling it a fail? For all you know, it turns on a disco ball that the person wired into the interior lighting system.
Re: EPIK PHAILURE Part Deux
Arent those the wires you use to hot-wire a car to start? Maybe that switch is to start the car.
Re: EPIK PHAILURE Part Deux
That's what I thought at first, but shouldn't those wires be on the key side of the steering wheel though?Sabourok wrote:Arent those the wires you use to hot-wire a car to start? Maybe that switch is to start the car.
