Got it for Christmas, I'm very happy about it. It's in excellent condition. And I lold at the extra pages.
Can't wait for the next one. If it comes before June, I may get that for my 20th birthday. X3

Can't believe this thread passed me by :P

I love it. I have a large collection of Manga books already (yes, I'm an English Otaku  ) but it stands out quite well.

The cover is slightly off alignment, but I think thats more to do with Indy planets printing service ore then Toms design.

I love the updated artwork as well

And for some reason, parts of it are even more funny in the book then they are as a webcomic page :P

Can't wait for Book 2. I'm waiting with baited anticipation.
I started a Wargaming Blog, come and have a look: The Fourth Sphere

That's quite the necro, but it seems that you've chosen the right thread...from what I know, this is a different publisher and all issues suffered by the first printing have been resolved.
TY.

i wanted to say thanks but i did not want to get new posts in here :P.

Yep, that's what the "Store" button on the main comic page is for...

I made a video review yesterday (uploaded today). There is some profanity in it. My accent is pretty strong too, so I'll add subtitles.

Yikes...I hope Tom gets a chance to watch that - it seems that the publisher is *once again* dropping the ball pretty badly - having a peeling cover and the cover art offset is just horribly sloppy workmanship...I feel lucky that I got a copy that was mainly intact.

So not everyone else has one as bad as mine? Good, because I thought I was the only one speaking up about it.

I've noticed some people talking about updated artwork, so am I correct to assume that the comic was redrawn for the book?

Significant parts of the early comic were touched up or redrawn, yes. The entire comic hasn't been redrawn, though. I believe the current version of the comic in the site archives is what is in the book.

The book was great but there was a color error in the print. I put up a poll for anyone else who has gotten there book and had this problem or a similar one.
