This isn't final, but right now I plan on using USPS to deliver the packages. Shipping within the US will be $2.99. Shipping to Mexico and Canada is $4.99. Shipping to the UK is $9.99. Remember that these may not be final numbers, but simply estimates based on the standard shipping rates of the US postal service.

Right now I only have shipping set up for the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK. For other countries, I'll have something set up by the time the book goes on sale, if they are requested.

Thank you very much for the information, Tom. It is much appreciated.

Yeah, thanks, Tom. Sounds spectacular. You can be sure I'm in.

So... If these are all specially signed and all... If we preorder more than one, we'd end up with different sketches right? Hrm... :D

Oh my...methinks Avwolf intends on cornering the market and ordering a gross...

'Course, having a few signed, sketched, self-published first editions would be nice when Tom becomes a famous artist...hmmmmmm...

How will it be packaged? I wouldn't want the USPS marring an awesome piece of work.

I think 20 bucks would be fine, but I'd also pay 25. Really it's up to you =)

I'd go with 20 dollars too, it has a lot to offer in the book it seems, and even more it has a lot of extras with the story, so that seems like a good price.

Would the book be available to be delivered to Britain?

If so, $25 dollars sounds reasonable. That's because over here $25 dollars is approximately £13...which isn't very much at all.

Eee....2kinds book ftw.
