No hard date yet. I think recent events pushed the timeline back. I could have sworn that the middle of this month was originally rumored to be when Tom'd like to have started preorders, but that must have simply been my imagination. Hopefully soon, but I wouldn't have my heart set on anything before Christmas, and even then it's iffy.

The latest posts of Tom (found in this topic), and the exact post I link to, state that he currently has no clue yet when pre-order will start . The release of the book is planned for Late 2008, so maybe a Christmas Present? ^_^ .
I remember reading somewhere that Tom would take care of shipping to USA, Canada (?) and the UK at least; but I think that was a rather aged post. I'm still hoping he'll also ship to little Belgium .
