Village Idiot cannot into Signature

Hey, forumites
citation needed. So, I need help with how this forum works. I want to put this gif

The forum might respond poorly to an image linked through Google drive because it's not a direct link to the image, it's a link to its location in Drive, which has its own viewer.
What you should do is upload the image to Imgur and use a direct link from there, one ending in .gif.

It's better than Photobucket.
But Imgur want let me upload anything and I need iOS 10.0 to download the app, so I'm having a lot of issues.
