Try doing a little cleanup and maintenance on your comp. De frag, Delete cookies, disk clean, Registry check. Things like that. Lots of times when I have stuff that will not show up I do that and restart my computer and all is well.

Alternatively, try the good ol' Ctrl+F5.
Have you tried other sites? It may just be the site you're using, sometimes they're running slow and the thumbnails don't load. Photobucket will do that from time to time.
