Defrag Not working on My parents computers

I downloaded Smart Defrag and Smart Defrag2 on my parents comps. My computer loves it and it works just fine but on my parents computers when i try to do the defrag it stops it immediately the moment i start it. I know it shouldn't be the format because my computer is in ntfs like my parents but for some reason it just won't. But When i use Advanced System Care, it defrags like nothing is wrong. I wanna know because i want to do the deep optimize setting that smart defrag has. Does anybody have a solution at all?

It's really bugging me and i want to use my parents computers due to my fathers superior processor and graphics card and my mothers because it's a tiny net book which means i can use it before i go to bed more comfortably than my 15" comp.

Moms Comp:

And My dads Comp:
Model:HP Pavillion DV7
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) CPU M350 @2.27ghz
Ram: 4GB
System: 64-BIT Windows 7 Premium

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4300 @ 2.10GHz
Ram: 4GB
System: 64-BIT Windows7 Premium
