Personality: Cold towards strangers, and doesn't give his trust to anyone unless they earn it. No one has yet to see his brighter side. If he has one.

Armor: Not really much. He wears a fish net under his clothes.
Weapons: Ninja-To(or ninja sword for those lost), ninja hand claws and foot spikes, grappling hook, acupuncture needles, several kunai and shuriken, and a ninja shogee(knife with hook is replaced with a dull kunai for capturing purposes
Accessories:

Abilities Everything he does with blood he has to make slight cut in his skin. All his skills are devastating, but at the same time a high risk to use.
Blood Arrows - Cutting the palm of his hand, arrows of blood shoot out at his opponent, and pierce through like knife on butter.
Substitution - Creates a clone of himself from an inanimate object to take his place if he is about to be hit.
Blood Whip - Slightly cutting his wrist, he can form a whip from his blood to strike at enemies far from him.
Blood Pool - Used only in emergencies. He makes a large cut on his chest, and turns into a pool of blood that he can travel in to escape.

Personality: He is smarter than normal but not to brilliant he keeps to himself but will help others if they earn his trust which is never easily gained

earthen wall- Simple and defensive, uses the ground to create a dome around him for 30 seconds
Shards – rocks rise out of ground and are fired at opponents at a high speed
Rush- random earth rushes at the opponent from all angels
Harvest- Rips any valuable metal or mineral out of the ground (useful to make money.)
Tremor- Earth rips open and shakes violently in a 50 yard radius

Background: Excellent at speedy kills (hits vital points with pinpoint precision), not one for drawing it out unless curcumstances call for it.

Personality: Nice guy once you get to know him. On the job he's quiet and serious until the target has been terminated.

Abilities
[*]Abyss Gap - Mist forms in front of him (could be confused with normal weather depending on the circumstances), which conceals him enough to use it. Basic teleportation spell for assassins (called many different names), used to get right behind the target for a quick kill.
[*]Cold Stab - After he stabs, if he thinks his target could live afterward, he shoots a freezing spell through his weapon to freeze the water inside their body (only works after he stabs the enemy)
[*]Rippled Vision - useful spell that uses the water in the air and nearby bodies of water to distort the enemy's vision (like tossing a rock into water to create ripples, hence the name)
[*]Frozen spear - forms a thick ice over his dagger in a lance-like shape, then does the same to the other. Using his ability with water, he keeps the two from being too heavy to wield with one hand, making it difficult for the enemy to beat him in melee combat (still isn't very strong, though).
[*]Aqua Gate - Basically, like Tetsuya's, it's a last ditch effort. If there's no way he can kill his target, he pulls as much water as he can from anything non-living, and if there's not enough, from his own body, as a portal to get about a mile away from the first pool and to a second which is created at about the same time.

Angela in her ceremonial garb. She’ll wear it under other clothing frequently.
Background: Angela was sold to the Blades by her parents at a young age. They were poor, and needed the money. She doesn’t really hold it against them, as the Blades have provided an excellent life for her. She was given a good education, and learned how to utilize water as a method of attack. Angela will often pretend to be a mistress to her charges, or use some similar tactics to get closer to targets.

Personality: Angela’s a friendly, extroverted person, who does come off as a bit of a dolt. That’s mostly to mess people up. She’s quite clever, and does joke around a bit near her friends. Angela fights dirty.

Abilities

• Jet – Angela gathers water from nearby sources and fires it in a single tight jet. A stab attack, and easily capable of cutting through metal and stone. Gets even better if she’s got an abrasive powder (like sand) nearby. Requires a source of water.
• Slice – Angela sets a jet of water along a curved path, making a slicing blade. Just as powerful as Jet. Requires a source of water.
• Block – Creates a high-pressure wall of water impervious to physical attacks. Requires a source of water.
• Knife – a small-scale slice, it allows her to make a weapon from nearby water if she can’t or won’t use a knife for some reason. Does not require a source, she can use the water in the air.
• Drain – Removes water from the body of someone. Said person must have an open, bleeding wound, and Angela must have line of sight and line of effect. (line of effect is blocked by magical and physical barriers, even if they’re transparent). Since humans are around 2/3 water, this often provides the source for her other abilities during pitched battles.
• Mist – Creates a mist. She can feel the location of objects and people within the mist. Requires a source of water.
